How can the Church Donation Form Be Used?

  1. Download and import the Template – Select and customize this form to match your church’s aesthetic.
  2. Enable PayPal – Connect to your PayPal account to accept donations
  3. Enable Stripe (optional) – For recurring donations, connect to your Stripe account and enter your Recurring Payment Plan ID into the Stripe action.
  4. Confirm Email Notifications – Email will be sent to the web admin address and donor address. Customize your messages however you’d like them to read. 
  5. Integrate with Email Marketing (optional) – Sync donor details with your preferred email marketing service.

Please note: This template requires the Ninja Forms Stripe add-on for accepting recurring donations. If you don’t wish to accept recurring donations, you can simply delete the “make this a monthly donation” checkbox field, and everything else will work as intended.
